How to Change Wifi on Homepod Network
You will need to use the built-in Home app on your iPhone or iPad to change the Wi-Fi network used by the Homepod. Here’s how it works:
- Launch the Home app on your iPhone or iPad.
- When you find your Homepod in the Home or Rooms section of the app, a yellow exclamation mark will appear next to it, indicating a problem with your Wi-Fi network settings. Press and hold on to your Homepod to access its settings.
- Here at the top, you will explain in detail why you are having a problem with your Wi-Fi network. Scroll down this menu to access more options.
- You will now see a message that your iPhone is connected to a different Wi-Fi network. Right below this message, you will see a yellow text hyperlink that allows you to move the Homepod network. You will be shown the name of the Wi-Fi network your iPhone is currently connected to. Just click on the “Move HomeePod to” hyperlink.
- Wait a few seconds for Homepod to update its network settings. Once completed, everything in the music playback section will be loaded successfully.
